Returns/ Exchanges

Purchases are non-refundable. We only offer exchanges for a different size or an item of equal value, subject to availability.

A $4 handling fee will be charged for all exchanges (to cover return shipping costs). Customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Returns will only be accepted in the case of faulty or defective items.

All items marked as sale, discounted, or purchased during promotional periods are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are considered final sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted for sale items under any circumstances.
