Returns/Exchanges

You have up to 14 days to return/exchange an item after receiving it. As long as the item has been unused, unworn and unwashed, we’re happy to offer a refund.

Please note that no refunds will be issued if the items do not pass our quality check. Any items returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

Shipping

At LFTOFF Athletics, we are committed to delivering the best products to you as quickly as possible. However, due to our current size, we are unable to offer discounted express DHL shipping at this time. As a result, shipments may take a bit longer and cost more than usual.

The good news is that all shipments will be fully tracked, so you’ll be able to monitor your order every step of the way.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our shipping options. Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to ensure your order reaches you in top condition and as quickly as possible.
